Arrival Time
Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to ensure ample time for check-in and preparation for your treatment.
Cancellation Policy
A 24- hour notice when rescheduling or canceling an appointment. A 72 hour notice is
required for groups of three or more. Please reschedule or cancel within the requested
time to avoid being charged for the entire published price of the service(s).

Service Charge
A 20% service charge will be automatically added to your bill for spa services. Additional gratuities are at your discretion and greatly appreciated by our staff.
