It’s going to be a very exciting new year on the Destin Harbor at HarborWalk Village! In addition to all of our seasonal events such as the Mardi Gras Celebration, St. Paddy’s Family Day, Visits with the Easter Bunny, and more; this year HarborWalk Village will host four festivals. These festivals will become signature events that guests can look forward to attending every year at HarborWalk Village!
This February HarborWalk Village will host its’ First Annual Brunch Fest on February 12th from 12:00pm-3:00pm. Brunch bites, bloody marys, and bubbles galore will fill the Village on this eventful afternoon. Guests will be welcomed by a mimosa in hand as they make their way to taste and try all the yummiest foods from our area’s favorite brunch spots. After all, we know brunch is always a good idea! Tickets are now on sale and can be purchased here.
In April we’ll raise our glasses for Toast to the Coast as it comes back for the second year on the Destin Harbor, scheduled to take place on Saturday, April 2nd. This Spring festival features thoughtfully paired cocktails and culinary samplings. Local restaurants will come together to create their “perfect pair” as they compete to wow guest judges when they choose a winner for, “Best Culinary Creation.” Guests can expect to have a choice between a general admission or a VIP ticket for this event. Are you a craft beer lover? Then you’ll want to get a token package for Arts & Drafts on Friday, September 2nd! Arts & Drafts has quickly become one of HarborWalk Village’s most recognizable festivals with the level of interest it has driven from craft and beer fanatics alike. Last year Arts & Drafts featured brews from Goat Island Brewing, Abita, Emerald Republic Brewing, and more. But this festival isn’t just about the brews, it’s also about local artists! Local artists will set up along the Harbor so that you can view their artwork as you try your favorite hops.
Finally, Half Shells on the Harbor will be taking place on Saturday, November 12th for this signature Fall festival. This oyster festival is one like no other with hundreds of oysters being unloaded onto the Destin Harbor just for this event! Oyster tastings, spirits, craft brews, live music, and more- there’s so much to look forward to. Not to mention that oyster shells from this festival will be donated to the Basin Alliance to help restore our oyster population to the bay areas. We expect these tickets to sell quickly. When tickets go on sale make sure you get yours as soon as you can!
