SPA POLICIES
Guests are required to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to their scheduled appointment time to ensure ample time for check-in and preparation so that services may begin promptly.
Arriving late will limit the time available for your service. Your treatment will still end at the scheduled time to avoid delays for the next guest, and the full service fee will still apply.
Guests arriving more than 15 minutes late will be considered a no-show appointment and may be subject to the full service charge in accordance with our cancellation policy.
A 24-hour notice when rescheduling or canceling an appointment. A 72-hour notice is required for groups of three or more. Please reschedule or cancel within the requested time to avoid being charged for the entire published price of the service(s).
To maintain a serene atmosphere for all guests, we ask that you silence your electronic devices and keep noise to a minimum while in the spa area.
Please inform your therapist of any health concerns, allergies, or injuries before your treatment to ensure your safety and customize your experience accordingly.
A 20% service charge will be automatically added to your bill for spa services. Gratuities are at your discretion and greatly appreciated by our staff.
