The seasons are changing, and an air of fall is rolling in along the Destin Harbor! The sights, sounds, and smells reflect the best time of year to visit HarborWalk Village. From beautiful sunset views across the horizon with a candy apple in hand to a perfectly curated Fall Event Schedule – there’s pure bliss to be found in every moment.
As unique as our summer events, fall takes the stage and features weekly entertainment for both locals and visitors far and wide. Beginning in September, the cheers and comradery of college and NFL football fans alike can be found throughout the Village. Restaurants lining the harbor offer irresistible fan favorite menu specials as they showcase the day’s rivalry on the big screen.
By October, the Boardwalk is bustling with time-of-the-year traditions. The Destin Fishing Rodeo is in full swing and daily catch weigh-ins can be admired along the docks. Bands take to the Harbor Main Stage each Saturday at 7:00 PM during Rocktober Concert Series.

Saturdays are loaded with a bang and close with a dazzling HarborWalk Village firework display beginning at 9:00 PM! The 44th Annual Destin Seafood Festival, a local tradition, returns to the harbor on October 7th, 8th, and 9th with a curation of catches and flavors only found along the Emerald Coast. The Destin Seafood Festival is FREE to attend and anticipates featuring over 100 food and craft vendors, in addition to local restaurants.

Prepare for a fright as Spooktacular Nights on the Harbor begins brewing! October 28th – 29th kicks off the ultimate Halloweekend for any ghost, ghoul, or goblin. The scary amounts of fun start Friday at 6:00 PM with BOOs & BOOze Bingo: A Pub Crawl & Concert benefitting (PAWS) Panhandle Animal Welfare Society. The haunt continues Saturday at 6:00 PM across the Village during Spook Street – Trick or Treating and family costume contest – fur family members included!
The stage is rockin’ right into November for an Island Concert Series each Saturday beginning at 4:00 PM. Shake your feet to the island beat until 6:00 PM!

Last but certainly not least – Half Shells on the Harbor, a signature HarborWalk Village event, closes out the Fall event calendar on November 12th with nothing short of a shuckin’ good time from 1:00 PM – 4:00 PM. This Tide to Table event features fresh oyster tastings as local chefs come together to showcase their spin on this coastal classic. From Raw to Chargrilled Oysters, enjoy a variety of preparations and flavors while sipping on spirits, craft beers, and wines. Distillery 98, Goat Island Brewery, Terrapin Beer Company, Oyster City Brewing Company, and more will be pouring on-site! Tipsy Mule and Kombi Keg will be serving beverages, and Whim Cotton Candy will be preparing custom-flavored cotton candy for everyone with a sweet tooth!
Live music by Beau & the Burners takes place on the Main Stage during the event.
